We are not reliant on external developers to provide our land supply as we have stock in hand and also the capability and experience to develop sites ourselves.
Equally, we are not reliant upon on an external building company to provide house construction services as our team is experienced and highly-capable of taking on any type of residential construction projects.
This allows our company to be able to turn housing projects over more efficiently and have more control over quality and delivery time than most other companies.
